The problem is that I am struggling to find a pretending method that is adaquate for me. I normally just close my eyes, but that does not block out enough light for me. If I close my eyes then I can still see if it is light or dark. I do not like wearing a blindfold or sunglasses because I want the most natural feeling possible, and even closing my eyes is not natural enough because I want to be able to open my eyes like I normally do but to not see anything at all.

I am worried because my desires are getting stronger very quickly, and if I do not find a suitable method soon then worse things may happen.
